Studio Still Life metal print by Pat Katz.   Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Artist's Description

It's easy to take for granted the things we see every day - even in the studio, where paying close attention and tending to detail is what art's all about. That's what made creating this still life so much fun. Pictured here are everyday items normally strewn across the studio tabletops or perched on shelves: pens and scissors, tubes of paint, a leather pouch of pencils, raw powdered pigments from Morocco and Provence, a favorite houseplant, a candle, and a book about Vincent Van Gogh. They seemed happy enough to hang together while their portraits were being painted. I know I sure enjoyed looking at them with fresh eyes.
