Take a stroll along Spadina Crescent in downtown Saskatoon and you'll be struck by the number of cathedrals and churches along the way. This is St Paul's Cathedral - the long time diocesan home for the Roman Catholic diocese of Saskatoon. Its place of honor has now been assumed by a brand new modern looking cathedral in one of the newer neighborhoods of the city. But this grand old building still has a major presence in its spot along the South Saskatchewan River.
