While it may be challenging to paint while drifting in a kayak, it's certainly possible. You need to keep an eye out for the wakes of the boaters zipping by pulling tubes and skiers. And since the current moves you ever so slowly down the length of the lake, every once in a while you need to put down your brush, pick up the paddle to take yourself back to where you started from. This image was painted from the waters of Lucien Lake in east central Saskatchewan.
