Flamboyant Fall Color was sketched in Nelson, BC, on a warm and colorful October day. The autumn leaves in the Kootenay region were spectacular this year. After enjoying a tasty Italian lunch at Max and Irma's and picking up a still-warm baguette from Au Soleil Levant bakery, this scene popped into view. I just had to plop down on the steps of the bank across the street and throw down some color to honor the day.
