This duplex birdhouse is part of an installation of bird friendly homes nested in the back corner of the Pausegarden. I built them from barn boards donated by my Dad. The boards came from the farm where I grew up. So sweet memories traveled with them. And, I painted it while I was encouraging my two young grandsons in their our collective plein air painting session - so the memories are doubly sweet.
