What fun it was to sketch the Anais Flower Shop on Rue Montorgueil in Paris. We nabbed an outdoor table for a late afternoon coffee at a cafe across the street; and this is one happening pedestrian street. As I sketched, my husband kept up a running commentary on the colorful passers by.

I am an Appreciative Adventurer - finding joy and beauty everywhere I am and everywhere I go. In art, as in life, I am drawn to express the up side, the sunny side, the inspiring message that life is good. I hope others feel encouraged and heartened for having been in my presence and in the company of my work.
