This Zany Surf Truck was parked on 10th Street in downtown Portland, OR. It stood right out – even against the colorful panels on the building behind that houses a shop called Poler which carries all things outdoors. I had to stop and capture this character before it loaded up and headed out to the Oregon Coast for its next adventure.
