This is a view of the Narrows, the passageway from St John’s Harbor to the Atlantic Ocean, guarded to the north by Cabot Tower on Signal Hill. I sketched this from The Rooms, which is in itself a fabulous place to visit perched high above the city with a panoramic view to the sea.
