I sketched this bistro, La Cuisine Des Copains, while we sipped our coffees at a nearby café in the middle of an October afternoon in Avignon, France. The bistro was closed (between lunch and dinner) so no patrons in the picture. I loved the contrast of the greens against the shades of reds.
