Artist's Description
Thank goodness marine paint comes in a variety of colors. It�s the crayon-box feel of boats anchored in a marina that makes them such compelling subjects. This collection rested at ease near the Aloha Tower Cruise Ship Terminal. I had fun capturing them on paper in the short time we had before disembarking to explore Honolulu and Waikiki. Grateful to the cleaning crew on the Regatta Promenade who kindly swabbed the decks around me without making me move from my sketching location.
