Sketched this view of the remains of Convento Do Carmo looking up the hill toward Barrio Alto from a bench in the shade in Rossio Square, Lisbon, Portugal. Rossio is one of the busiest squares in the city - tourists, taxis, buses, locals, flower shops, cafes, and more. Made for a lively environment while I tried to concentrate on the sketch at hand.
