The colorful jelly bean houses that line its downtown streets are one of the great delights of St John's, Newfoundland. I had a lot of fun capturing this beauty located at #8 Wood Street on a sunny Sunday morning. I also enjoyed a few chats with the locals as they collected their morning javas from the corner coffee shop. One couple tried their best to persuade me to move around the corner to York Street to paint their home with its plum purple door. I snapped a photo and I might just do that yet!
