Trust a handful of brightly colored tulips to bring life to a cold winter's day. I sketched this Pitcher of Tulips as part of a Still Life Open House hosted by the Saskatoon Artists' Workshop painting group. The room was set with a half dozen very engaging and colorful still life tableaus. These tulips spoke to me first, and I answered the call
