Exciting and exuberant may be the buds and leaves of spring and early summer. But I must admit that I love the golds, yellows, oranges, reds and rusts of autumn best. This scene repeats itself annually across the prairies and the parkland. And these beauties thread themselves through the boreal forest, too.
